These terms apply when you buy from plainenglishproperty.co.uk, run by PlainEnglishProperty, 4 Ashburnham Park, Esher, KT10 9TW. Email: barneyco1710@yahoo.com.

What you’re buying

Every pack is a digital, printable PDF. Nothing is posted to you. After payment you can download your PDFs from the order confirmation page, and we email you the download links too.

The packs give general information about property in England only. They are not legal, financial or tax advice, and they don’t replace advice from a qualified professional about your own situation. The rules were checked against GOV.UK in October 2026, but laws change, so please check GOV.UK before making important decisions.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. When you buy two or more packs, a 10% discount is applied automatically in your basket. Payment is taken securely at checkout, and your order is confirmed when payment goes through.

Your right to cancel

Usually you can cancel an online purchase within 14 days. For digital downloads, that right ends once the download starts, as long as you agreed to this before buying. At checkout we ask you to confirm that you want your download straight away and that you understand you lose the right to cancel once it starts. If you haven’t downloaded your pack yet, you can still cancel within 14 days by emailing us.

If something is wrong

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, your pack must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If a file is faulty, won’t open or isn’t what we described, email barneyco1710@yahoo.com and we’ll send a replacement. If we can’t put it right, we’ll give you a refund. This doesn’t affect your legal rights.

Using your pack

When you buy a pack, you get a personal licence to download it, print it and use it for yourself or your own household or property. Please don’t share, copy, resell or publish the packs. The content and designs remain the property of PlainEnglishProperty.

Our responsibility to you

We take care to make the packs accurate and clear, but they are general guides. We aren’t responsible for losses caused by relying on them instead of getting professional advice for your situation. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law doesn’t allow it.

Reviews

If you leave a review, please keep it honest and about your own experience. We check reviews before they appear and may decline ones that are abusive or not about our packs.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you have a complaint, please email us first so we can try to put it right.
