Who we are

What we collect and why

When you buy a pack: your name, email address, billing details and what you bought. We use this to process your order, send your download links, deal with any problems and keep the records the law requires. Our lawful basis is that we need it to carry out our contract with you, and to meet our legal obligations.

When you ask for the free sample: your email address. If you tick the optional box, we also use it to send occasional property tips and news of new packs. That is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or emailing us. If you don’t tick the box, we won’t send you marketing emails.

When you leave a review: your first name, star rating and review. We check reviews before they appear, and your first name and review may be shown on this website. You can ask us to remove your review at any time.

When you email us: your email address and whatever you choose to tell us, so we can reply.

Card payments are handled securely by Wix and its payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.

Who we share it with

Our website, shop and checkout run on Wix.com, which stores and processes this information for us. Payments are processed by Wix’s payment providers. These companies only use your information to provide their service to us. Some of them may process data outside the UK; where they do, they use legal safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years so we can meet tax and accounting rules. Free sample and marketing details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Reviews are kept while they are shown on the site, or until you ask us to remove them.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to take it elsewhere. To use any of these rights, email barneyco1710@yahoo.com. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
